The vision of Yin Alchemy is to connect you to a juicier, more alive version of you. A version that has been alchemised through the spirit of yin - the feminine energy that has largely been suppressed in the world we live in. Yin is asking us to slow down, to connect with our body, our sensuality, our beingness and softness, our cyclical nature, our ability to create life and to let it die, our ability to feel deeply and to know through the heart, not the mind. Once we connect to the Yin energy within and allow it to take up space, our way of seeing the world drastically shifts. Yin is located in the heart and in the womb. It speaks through intuition and embodied knowingness. Through feelings. Once we connect to this sacred energy, we are experiencing a much larger holeness. We stop chasing through the mind and land in the juicyness of the NOW embodied moment. We come alive, we heal, we feel, we dance, we laugh, we taste, we arrive, we thrive, we see, we be.
The societal paradigm that we have been raised in has fragmented us right from the start - mothers who largely needed to function in masculine ways, a school system, that taught us to compare ourselves, function in linear and top-down ways, and grading our performances. We have all learned that we need to fight hard to be "good enough" and that we are not allowed to be "too much". And just like that we give up our uniqueness in order to fit in. Just doing what everybody else is doing and chasing an external type of success, ignoring the empty feeling inside.

We are here to break the cycle and to dare to create and embody ourselves from the heart. The world is going through a shift in consciousness and we get to ride the wave and remember who we have always been. Yin Alchemy wants to support you to tune out of the voice of the ego and all its fears, and instead tune into the magical melody of your soul, that wants to co-create heaven on earth with you. Your voice, your liberated expression, is needed and it will plug you into fulfillment, joy, abundance and health. It is the sacred fulfilment of your incarnation, like a flower that is blooming in the way it was always destined to bloom in. All it takes is that you go out of the way and let it happen. ❤️🌻
WE ARE THE WOMEN THE EARTH NEEDS!
The shift that was initiated in me through the raw feminine power of birth as well as later practices of embodied movement was also directly connected with finding my greatest work. My soul mission. I could sense that being cracked open to a fundamental energy that has been suppressed, was becoming my greatest responsibility. Yin was softly caressing my face and moving my body in new, sensual, wild ways. She was embracing me as I sobbed, she was showing me my true power. She was there with me as I cracked open during birth, and as I was breastfeeding my babies. She was guiding me to my soul and she was both loving but also angry and desperate. She quickly made clear: “your worlds - personal and collective - are fucked up because I’m being suppressed. I’m here to save you - from the emptiness, the meaninglessness and burn out. But you also have to save me - from continual supression. I want to bring divine order back. But it can only happen through your embodiment.” The energy was almost painful, because I could see how much pain the earth and the women, as well as the men have been enduring, because yin and yang have been out of balance.
The fundamental principle has been distorted and so much suffering was the result. Sipping of the deliciousness of Yin included being initiated into my soul mission. She gives you a key, but this key is not only for your live, it is for the collective. A key to a connected, beautiful live, that is deeply nourishing and in harmony. However, I knew that using the key would ask of me to stop playing small, stop giving my power away, stop believing in all the limitations, stop acting in the ways that would be most comfortable. The keys ask you to be fully sovereign. To trust your vision. To surrender to you mission. To live your truth. To leave old paths behind. To say yes to growth and evolution. They ask you to become a conscious creator. And to be fully devoted to that. And while I felt like my soul was partying, finally having found the keys to my purpose, I could feel my human overwhelmed. Can I really do it? Choose growth over comfort? Go out of my own way? Do things radically different? I also still want to be uncomplicated and find compromises. I still want live to be easy. But I knew, that I had no real choice anymore. My soul had already chosen, and I needed to allow the unfolding for my own highest good as well as for the one of the collective. Going back to the heart. Being centered in the body. Leaving the programming. Coming home to our deeper connection with our soul, the earth and spirit. That is what needs to happen so that we can create a paradigm of harmony and shift out of a distorted matrix into an organic one. There is this song, that we sang at my beloved friend’s baby blessing the other day with the lyrics: We are the women the earth needs. We are the women she needs now. We are the mothers, the sisters and the daughters, we are the women the earth needs. Yin Alchemy needs to happen on a collective level. As women, we get to reclaim the value of sovereign feminine embodiment, no longer allowing our collective and personal wounds to act themselves out through us because we still give our power away to them. It is our sacred responsibility to no longer suppress our innate knowingness and heart connection. No one can do it for you. Only you can choose it. You can choose to trust your heart more than anything else. Only you can stop perpetuating structures that never truly felt good. We have been conditioned to compare ourselves with each other, to be graded, to work hard, and to define success in very materialistic ways. The energy of capitalism, patriarchy and colonialism are weaved through the very fabric of not only the societal structures, but also through our bodies. I don’t remember where I heard it first, but it was an AHA moment, when somebody said that our wombs are colonized, too. The very center of feminine power has been silenced by a paradigm that does neither honor nor respect ancient womb wisdom and the needs of women and mothers. The witches were burnt and women gave up their magic and connection to spirit and earth as a result. It was not safe to embody this type of energy. Masculine logic, reason, discipline and linearity - even the male body in medicine - became the norm. The man (not the divine masculine, but rather a distorted, egoic form of masculine embodiment) became the creator of the world and women were being suppressed in their innate energy. We now live in a world that was largely created by distorted masculine ego energy. Look at were we are. The climate change and all of the wars are a direct result of this type of energy, that is all about power and money. As women we have learned to adopt the male mind, and hold ourselves up to functioning in ways that ultimately make us sick. Auto-immune disorders such as RA are 3 times more common in women than in men. Having battled with auto-immune disorders myself, I see a direct correlation between the extreme underlying fight against one that is connected with having to function in distorted male ways. I feel like Yin Alchemy - the transmutation of fear and pain into love through female energy - is here both for our personal liberation as well as for our collective one.

This space grounds deeply into mother earth as pillars of love, leaving us rejuvinated and revitalised.

It is so easy to get lost in notions of motherhood that have nothing to do with your essence. I love being a mother in excactly my way, where it is just a prolonging of who I am. Motherhood is a constant portal for growth and confronts you with all your shadows - I feel like we all should have a motherhood coach by our side who gives us space to reflect what is currently coming up for us. How much we evolve or repeat will be directly mirrored by the degree in which our children thrive. About Me.
My name is Lena Kühn, I am a mother of three wild spirit girls and I live in Copenhagen together with my partner.
I always thought that I wanted to be an academic and become a professor one day like my grandfathers before me. However, when I had my third daughter Uma in 2021, I went through an accelerated spiritual awakening process in which it became clear that my soul desired my human to step up and become of service.
After a rather long limbo phase I decided to quit my PhD project so that I could fully step into my soul mission, which is what Yin Alchemy is the channel for.
EDUCATION
Within the spiritual realm, Eckhart Tolle has been one of my most important teacher. Already as a teenager and young adult I have had the pleasure to expand my consciousness and experience exquisite states of present moment awareness, that have completely altered the fabric of my reality. Hence, I focused on mindfulness in many of my academic projects, also in my master project within digital design and communication studies which revolved around the question of how the smartphone interface could be redesigned in a way that allows people to have a more mindful relationship with it. Within my industrial PhD project in the field of affective interaction design I investigated how an application can support the mental and emotional health of people with RA and have developed a just-in-time meditation to support people in their coping with their disease. I have also taken spiritual courses such as within embodied movement, conscious creatorship, light language and the akashic records.
